Patrick Pendley » Property Manager, Owner, Broker TRLS, TRPM
Patrick Pendley is a Texas Native and Baylor Graduate who has come to call Central Texas Home. in 2006 Patrick began his career in Real Estate as an agent and 2 years later became a licensed Broker. Through his own investment properties Patrick learn the ends and out of property management and came to love the job that most people hate. In 2016-17 Patrick received his TRLS and TRPM Designations from the Texas Association of Realtors. He also joined NARPM as part of his continuing commitment to grow in the field of Property Management. Currently Patrick is one of only 3 NARPM members in Waco and the only RMP candidate.
